Tottenham Hotspur are not only eager to bring in new players in the upcoming transfer window but also to offload some of their current squad members.

Rumours have suggested that Spurs are seeking suitors for at least 7 of their players over the summer.

Among the outgoing list, the latest name to emerge is that of right-back Emerson Royal.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Brazilian international could depart North London in the upcoming window.

Romano reported on his official X handle that Italian giants AC Milan are in search of a right-back, with Emerson high on their wishlist for the position.

Similarly, Tottenham do not view the 25-year-old as part of their plans and are open to entertaining offers for the defender over the summer.

Spurs have reportedly set a price tag for their full-back, estimated to be around £20 million, which aligns with his current market value.

Emerson hasn’t been a primary choice for Ange Postecoglou this season, instead serving as a squad player and filling in across the backline when needed.

The former Barcelona defender has made 21 Premier League appearances this season, starting in 11 of them.

Despite having more than 2 years left on his contract with the Lilywhites, set to expire in June of 2026, the club is looking to offload Emerson, possibly due to his recent run of form.

Although the Brazilian offers versatility given his ability to be deployed in multiple positions, his latest showings have been less than reliable, prompting the club to decide on his future.
